Sone’s interest in Thai Boxing was sparked by watching kung fu movies as a child, when he would pit his new skills against his four brothers. He had his first fight at 17, his agility and lightning-fast reflexes making him a natural born fighter. Sought after for international competitions, he has travelled to Japan, Bangkok, Australia, PRC and Vietnam for Thai Boxing.  As a passionate and technically precise instructor, he instills confidence, strength and self-respect in his students – encouraging them to lead a fit and fun lifestyle.

Hands-on and full of energy, Sone loves teaching all levels from beginners to fighters and can easily adapt the class to suit different types of students. By combining his extensive experience with positive encouragement and an energetic teaching style, Sone’s students really shine. The father of two will also be conducting classes for kids.
