There will be trainers to guide you, partners to buddy up with and up to two hours to make that one thing at least 1% better! All members are welcome to come along. Forget fancy combos; this session is understanding the "how" in Muay Thai to get 1% better every time. In a controlled, drill-based environment, you will refine the technical skills essential for effective sparring, such as timing, distance management, and balance. Through a mix of independent footwork and partnered drills, you will gain the knowledge of what to work on and build the confidence to bridge the gap between practice and application.
