After signing up for a free trial, book your Jai 101 session

Handwraps are a must for safety and hygiene. The first step of your training is learning how to put on stretchy handwraps to protect your joints - you can purchase in the gym for $17.

Come 15 minutes earlier than your class start time. This will give us time to start your onboarding, including a quick intro and learning how to put on handwraps.

Gloves provided; bring yours if you have them.

Bring comfortable workout clothes, towel and a water bottle.

You will receive an email with details of your booking.

Best times for first-timers are our JAI 101 classes: Mon & Wed 7:30pm, Tue-Fri 12:15pm & 4:30pm, Fri 6.40pm and Sat 9am.
