Memberships will roll over after term unless set to term. After roll over, you will need to provide just 10 days notice to cancel.
If you signed up after December 2021, your account is managed by Ezypay.

Holds
Memberships can be put on hold at no charge for up to 4 weeks in a year.
Outside of that time, holds are $5 per week.
Cancellations (only with ezypay memberships)
The buy-out figure is 25% of the balance of the fees remaining. Members can give 10 days’ written notice to cancel their memberships after the agreed term.

They are open from 10.30 am to 7 pm from Monday to Friday.
Holds
Memberships can be put on hold with no suspension fee provided:
You provide a letter from a medical professional saying that you are unfit to train for that specified time.
OR
You are out of town and provide a travel itinerary/travel tickets stating the dates you will be away for.
You may also put your membership on hold for $5 per week.
Cancellations (only with Debit success memberships)
The buy-out figure is 25% of the balance of the fees remaining that you are contracted for or $150 (whichever is the smaller amount).
You can cancel your membership if you move cities with no cancellation fee as long as you provide:
Two forms of proof of your change of address which may include, but are not limited to:
A new rental contract in your name for your new address
A university or job acceptance letter
