How to Put on Handwraps
We like to think of handwraps as socks for shoes. You wouldn’t want to go running sockless would you? And if you think hands don’t sweat as much, think again! Handwraps:
Protect your knuckles from bruises
Strap up the wrist, to help prevent damage (they take ages to heal!)
Offer compression support for those small bones in your hand
Soak up sweat to keep your gloves clean (it’s easier to clean dirty wraps than gloves)
Now you know the benefits. Make sure you know how to put them on properly! We recommend Mexican stretchy wraps at least 3 metres long for good coverage and support. You can pick some up from our shop today!
