We offer a range of classes suitable for beginners to advanced, contact (pads and drills), combat (sparring) and non-contact.

Non combat classes - these classes do not involve sparring

JAI Kids kickboxing drills designed to make kids, more coordinated, focused, and skilled, and also teach them discipline and life skills. 6+
JAI 101 is a complete beginners class suitable for first-timers and those who want to learn basic movements and footwork
Kick Start is a pad-work class suitable for beginners with no sparring
All Levels Muay Thai is an intermediate class which is suitable for people who have graduated from Kick Start beginners
Muay Power is an intermediate to advanced pad-work class which may involve some drills.
Boxing a one-hour boxing session which mixes technique with high-intensity boxing combos. There’ll be plenty of skill drills and defence work (fun without the headache). Come for fun and a sweat - leave with some new skills
Clinching & Pads focuses on the standing grapple, which is a specialty of Muay Thai and will teach you how to dominate opponents in close range, even those bigger and stronger. Suitable for people who have had at least 10 Muay Thai classes.

Combat classes - these classes involve sparring and require safety gear as well as trainer’s approval

Intro to Sparring Ready to take your Muay Thai skills to the next level? This is the perfect starting point for beginners who want to learn the art of sparring in a safe and supportive environment. We prioritize proper technique and ensure that you feel comfortable throughout the process. You'll gain the confidence to take and deliver punches while practicing basic attack and defense moves. Our experienced trainers will guide you step by step, helping you develop solid foundations and sparring etiquette. Shinguards essential (can be hired for $5), minimum size 12oz gloves.
Intermediate Sparring Take your sparring skills up a notch. You will build upon the techniques learned in the non combat classes and learn to use them in against an opponent. Under supervision, you'll engage in both structured drills and freestyle sparring sessions. This combination allows you to apply your techniques in a controlled environment while gaining valuable experience. We maintain a strong focus on safety and ensure that you feel supported as you explore new challenges.
Advanced Sparring Designed for those wanting to challenge themselves and test their sparring skills. You’ll engage in freestyle sparring at 70% power. While our trainers will offer guidance and occasional interventions to ensure safety and provide valuable insights the, focus is on learning by applying the techniques you've mastered in a live setting. This class has less structure than Level 1 and 2, allowing for a more fluid and dynamic sparring session. It's an opportunity to refine your strategies in real-time.

Trainers' clearance and protective gear (shinguards, mouthguard and 16oz gloves are required for all combat classes.

All Levels (Muay Thai)

An intermediate Muay Thai class designed to suit students with good basics and pad holding skills. (Book in for a free first trial or discounted PT if you have never trained before). The trainer will adjust the drills and exercises to suit a mixed skill level and if required, section off different parts of the class to cater to differing skill levels. The class features a mix of fitness, technique and basic to intermediate Muay Thai movements. Be prepared to work hard and have fun!
